A life-long exercise system that strengthens and tones the body,

Yoga in the workplace
If you can bring together a group of people and you have a suitable venue in your workplace then I can run a class during lunch time or after office hours. I have run such classes in city offices and schools.
Individual Tuition
Learn in the privacy of your home, at The Webbington Hotel, or at any venue convenient to you. You will have the practice tailored to your wants, needs, and ability. The cost is £30 per hour. You can treat this as an ongoing one-to-one coaching, as a one off session to test the waters before committing to group classes, or as a short course to identify weak areas and be given postural correction exercises.
Please note:
this is a physical yoga, which can be potentially strenuous at times, and may not be appropriate for those with health issues. People new to exercise or returning after a lengthy spell (and particularly those with known health issues) must check with their GP beforehand. These are general Hatha Yoga / Ashtanga classes, and should not be used as a substitute for specialised treatment, such as that offered by a physiotherapist or a chiropractor. These particular classes are not suitable if you are pregnant.
